Physician & Surgeon OKFICES IN In The Democrat of September 2 was published a short notice of the death of W. F. Dale, of Mar ion, which occurred at Encamp ment, Wyo. He was a brother of Mrs. W. H. Bobbitt. The following from a paper pub lished at Encampment gives full details of his sad death: Thursday afternoon at about 1 :30 p. m. the body of W. F. Dale was found lying on the ground in the rear of the Plummer rooming house, in an unconscious condition. Upon being discovered the body was carried upstairs, Dr. V. C. Burke was summoned and every thing possible was done, but to no avail as death resulted in a few moments afterwards. Deputy cor oner E. L. Gould, of Saratoga, was summoned and he arrived on the evening train. A iurv was im- panneled and the inquest was held at 10 o'clock this morning in the Englehart Undertaking parlors where the body was removed yes terday . Following is a verdict given by the jury after a number of witnesses had been examined by the coroner: The State of Wyoming, I County of Carbon f At an inquisition holden at En campment, in Carbon County, Wy oming, on the 27th day of August, A. D. 1909, before me, E. L. Gould, coroner of said county, upon the body of W. F. Dale lying dekd, by the jurors whose names are hereto subscribed, the said ju rors upon their oath do say: That said W. F. Dale came to his death by falling from the second story window of Plummer's rooming house accidently, some time after ltra: m.t Augusf26, 1909. In testimony whereof the said jurors have hereunto set their hands the day and year aforesaid W. M. A SULKY, A. Sproat, H. B. Ooii.vik, Jurors E. L. Gould, Coroner. The unfortunate mau has boon employed for the past six years at the Carbon Timber Company's tie camp, south of Fncampment. He very seldom came to town and his trip this week was the first in many months Mr. Dale's home was at Marion, North Carolina. His sister has C. ft. C, many of whom will find that they can reach Spartanburg more con veniently than they can go to any other city of importance.
